I work relationally from a feminist, oppression-aware perspective. I work with individuals—from teens to elders—along the spectrum of gender and sexual orientation, in both traditional and non-traditional relationships.  I am polyam-aware and BDSM/kink-knowledgeable, and sex work affirming. In particular, I welcome creative folk, healers, and outliers who have tried therapy but didn’t feel like their therapist “got” them. I also love working with other therapists.

I earned an MA in Counseling and Expressive Arts Therapy from California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), and have completed San Francisco Sex Information (SFSI)’s sex educator training. I studied the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy with Dr. Ellyn Bader, which integrates attachment, differentiation, and neuroscience. I trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy at the Ketamine Training Center; and have completed MAPS’ training to provide MDMA-assisted Therapy once it becomes legal. I also have specialized training working with elders.

I earned a BFA in photography from Pratt Institute, and an MFA in studio art from UC Davis; and have been a practicing artist and part of arts communities in San Francisco since the first dot com boom. The variety of folx I’ve encountered as a result of my nontraditional and varied life experience helps me connect with a wide range of people, and the situations you may be facing. I’m genuinely curious and fascinated by how humans operate.

Working together, I bring that curiosity to guide your exploration into what makes you the unique and wonderful creature that you are. I look forward to getting to know you, and more importantly — to witnessing you getting to know yourself.
